"Switched from EE to Vodafone's unlimited SIM-only plan. The PAC code process was seamless — number transferred overnight. 5G in Manchester city centre is genuinely fast. Coverage in the Northern Quarter and Ancoats is excellent. The My Vodafone app is well-designed and makes it easy to track usage."

The annual price increase was frustrating — about £2.50 extra per month — but the overall service quality justifies staying. Customer service via chat was helpful when I needed to add a roaming add-on before a trip to Spain."
Submitted: October 2024"Coverage in Didsbury is generally good but I notice occasional drops on the Metrolink between Didsbury Village and the city centre. The 1-month rolling plan gives flexibility. Billing dispute over a premium SMS charge was resolved quickly once I followed the process outlined on this site — credit applied within 4 working days."
Submitted: September 2024"Vodafone Fibre 2 has been solid for 10 months. Consistent 63–67 Mbps download speeds. The Openreach engineer arrived on time and the connection was live within 90 minutes. The provided router is functional but I replaced it with my own for better Wi-Fi coverage. No outages in 10 months — very reliable."
